The appearance on the show “Who wants to be my partner?” was an unprecedented moment, but we didn't expect to experience such a tidal wave afterwards!
We talked about our favorite subject, the stomach in front of 2 million viewers.
We had prepared for high visibility and an increase in orders but not to this extent. The website completely crashed!
Obviously this is positive in many aspects! After 3 years of hard work, that evening, we had validation from the public. We were right to fight for our mission: to take care of your stomach.
But the 3 months following the show, we laughed less, we were unable to honor the usual delivery times as we limited stocks to guarantee the freshness of our probiotics .
Result: lots of unhappy customers. And for us, there is nothing worse.
We have always remained very close to our customers, we respond to each person in less than 24 hours, we call them… and it was horrible to see that we disappointed many customers.
The entire DIJO team did its utmost to respond to all messages received in as little time as possible: more than 20,000 messages sent in just 1 month!
The post-show was a real tidal wave, but the whole team came out alive.
