Usage tips
Step 1: start with the 5-DAY RESET treatment:
- 5-day cure: 4 capsules per day: 2 capsules at lunchtime & 2 capsules in the evening, during the meal
Step 2: continue with the Essential Probiotics:
- 2 capsules per day to be taken on an empty stomach 10-20 minutes before breakfast and all drinks to prevent the acidity generated by digestion from altering the probiotics. It is also possible to take them 2 to 3 hours after a meal.
- 30-day renewable treatment
- To be renewed ideally at each change of season (at least 4 times a year)
Easy digestion:
In case of difficult digestion, give your intestines a boost:
- Occasional intake (not taken as a cure) ⚡️
- 2 to 4 capsules to take during or after a heavy and/or difficult to digest meal (maximum 6 capsules per day)
